A day in the life of a project manager

What is the day-to-day life like for a project manager in the biopharmaceutical industry? I currently manage five drug projects at different stages of development. All of the projects that I manage are biologics, meaning that they are derived from living cells and manufacturing typically involves DNA, cells, and enzymes. In contrast, traditional pharmaceutical drugs are made up of non-living chemicals.
